#1 GOAL: Create a product, take it to market, & sell it
UNDERGRAD STUDENTS FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS
RANDOMLY SELECTED TEAMS
eHUB UAlberta and the Alberta School of Business has taken three student entrepreneurs to the Reykjavik University in Iceland to participate in a three week intensive Innovation and Entrepreneurship program.
Elena Istomina, Christopher Megraw, and Brian Yang are the three students from the University of Alberta who are currently participating in this program. The idea is to give students an international experience and to also determine if this structure is beneficial to students at the University of Alberta.
The program pairs students up from various departments at random to form teams that are tasked to create a product, bring it to market and sell it. We are looking forward to see what our students come up with!
eHUB’s Co-Founder, Tony Briggs is also attending the program for a short duration to assess the program and its viability to bring some new ideas to eHUB and the University of Alberta.
